Collaborative Coaching-Based Mentoring Workshops

- Interactive, coaching-based workshops focused on leadership, wellness, and career development
- Collaborative learning environments that foster psychological safety and trust
- Guided reflective discussions using powerful questioning and coaching techniques
- Experiential activities including mock coaching demonstrations and peer dialogue
- Skill-building in communication, goal-setting, and strengths-based development
- Opportunities to apply learning in real-time through discussion and practice
