Dr. Susanne Foulk
Founder and Executive Director
Dr. Susanne Foulk is the Founder and Executive Director of the Foundation for Greater Opportunities in Learning (FFGOIL™). She created and led the development of the ARISE™ Mentoring Program, designing the research foundation, curriculum, and training model with support from a volunteer team. Her work centers on trauma-sensitive, coaching-based mentoring that empowers women, teens, veterans, and former foster youth to grow in psychologically safe and strengths-based environments.
A long-time Adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education, Dr. Foulk teaches leadership, organizational change, and educational psychology coursework. She is also the Project Lead and first author of a recent systematic review on postsecondary pathways for students with experience in foster care.
As a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Certified Wellness Coach (CWC-II), Dr. Foulk integrates evidence-based coaching practices into programs that uplift individuals and strengthen families. Through FFGOIL™, she continues to expand accessible learning, mentoring, and wellness initiatives across California.
Eileen Parra Andress
Talent Acquisition and Marketing
Eileen Parra Andress is a Talent Acquisition and Marketing Specialist who brings strong recruitment, branding, and organizational communication expertise to FFGOIL™. As the Lead for the ARISE™ Northern California Women’s Mentoring Cohort, Eileen supports mentor engagement, outreach, and program coordination while advancing FFGOIL’s mission to empower women through trauma-sensitive, coaching-based mentoring.
With experience spanning corporate talent acquisition, human resources support, and community engagement, Eileen excels at connecting people, building relationships, and strengthening organizational visibility. She applies her SHRM-TA training and her passion for women’s leadership development to help expand ARISE™ programs across Northern California.
Eileen is deeply committed to creating accessible, welcoming pathways for women to grow, lead, and thrive.
Heather M. Wilson Pham, MSW, LCSW (PA)
ARISE™ Wellness Coaching Program -Clinical Leadership
Heather M. Wilson Pham is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania, a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) candidate at the University of Southern California, and a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Temple University and has extensive expertise in mental health, addiction treatment, and trauma-informed care across clinical and leadership roles.
Heather works with women, men, and neurodivergent clients to help them reconnect with their power, build self-trust, and create lives that reflect their full potential. Her trauma-informed, identity-affirming approach supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum traits, borderline personality disorder, and social anxiety.
Dr. Latosha Henderson
Program Director -All College Access EDU™
Dr. Latosha R. Henderson is a Researcher with the College Success Research Collaborative (CSRC) at Temple University and an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education’s Policy, Organizational, and Leadership Studies Department. Her research focuses on identifying barriers that limit military veterans and first-generation students from accessing and completing postsecondary education. She is committed to uncovering best practices that advance college access and success for underrepresented student groups. Dr. Henderson holds a Doctor of Education from Temple University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Temple University.

Vinuthna Hasthi
Data Science & Technical Development Intern
Vinuthna Hasthi provides data science and technical development support across FFGOIL’s educational technology platforms. Her work includes enhancing web functionality, optimizing data workflows, and developing predictive algorithms to strengthen mentor–mentee matching and improve participant engagement within the ARISE™ Mentoring Program.
Mariam Wolkowicz
Grants & Development Intern | ARISE™ Certified Life Coach
Mariam Wolkowicz supports FFGOIL’s grants and development efforts through research, proposal preparation, and administrative coordination. With a strong foundation in confidentiality, data management, and organizational support, she contributes to strengthening funding infrastructure while aligning development work with the mission and values of the ARISE™ Mentoring Program.
Mehlika Atmaca
Grants and Development Intern
Mehlika is a Grants and Development Intern with the Foundation for Greater Opportunities in Learning (FFGOIL). She supports FFGOIL’s grant development efforts through data-informed research, grant alignment, and tracking, and contributes to the technical enhancement of the ARISE™ Mentoring Program, including course development and gamification support. She plans to pursue college studies in Data Science and brings strong analytical skills and technical curiosity to FFGOIL’s technical and development team.
