Dr. Susanne Foulk

Founder and Executive Director

Dr. Susanne Foulk is a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and holds a Master of Science (M.S.Ed.) degree in Educational Psychology and Technology from the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education.

Rich Ellis

Board Member

Rich Ellis serves as Controller at Castle & Cooke Building Materials, Rich brings over 26 years of financial expertise from Transtar Industries, where he held various leadership roles, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Finance.

Dr. Kate Esposito

Board Member

Dr. Kate Esposito is the chair and professor of the special education program at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Dr. Esposito conducts and publishes research in the areas of teacher preparation and inclusive practices.

Cindy Burtt

Board Member

With over 19 years of experience as Vice President of Marketing at SFM Constructors, Cindy Burtt has been instrumental in driving business growth through managing client relationships and generating new leads.
