WOMEN'S WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

We partner with local SoCal organizations to bring Wellness Workshops to single mothers. Through the strategic design of our workshops, we support women in the wellness domains of social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical health.
We recently completed the delivery of the second of two 8-week series of educationally based Wellness Workshops. The evidence-based strategies the women gained are grounded in educational psychological principles from cognitive-behavioral, sociocultural, and developmental theoretical approaches. These strategies focus on developing goal-setting, mindfulness, self-regulation, and self-care across wellness domains.
